Description

Field Service Engineer - Security

Join our team as a Security Engineer to perform installations, service, and maintenance for our customers, representing our brand and values.

The Role:

Ensure accurate documentation is provided to office coordinators promptly
Perform installation, service, and maintenance on customer sites for CCTV, Access control, and some intruder systems
Conduct investigative works following company policy
Record and document all works
Adhere to project timelines
Travel to various sites across the UK
Potential for extended overnight stays
Complete work safely and leave premises clean
Maintain company vehicle and report any incidents
Support colleagues when needed

The Person:

Minimum 2 years of experience with a UK driving license and CSCS/ECS Card
Desirable: IPAF/PASMA card
Desirable Systems: CCure/Gallagher/Milestone
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
High energy, positive attitude, self-motivated
Ability to prioritize workload and flexible schedule
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Office 365 tools
Team player mindset
