- Networking and proactive outreach to our prospective customers to introduce the company
- Building relationships with prospects, qualifying and matching customer requirements to potential solutions
- Managing the progression of prospects through the pipeline, guiding and educating them through their decision-making process
- Working with prospects and our sales leader to shape the solution and support the buying process
- Working with the Customer Success team to ensure an effective handover and onboarding experience for new customers
- Account Management, Customer Success or Sales roles working with B2B Enterprise customers
- Experience or understanding of the HR/Talent/Compensation space
- Managing and progressing a pipeline of opportunities and building relationships with prospects and customers
- Qualifying opportunities and matching customer requirements to potential solutions
- Customer relationship management (CRM) software and analytics tools
- Motivation to deliver pipeline and achieve revenue targets
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Be highly organised and responsive with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Have a natural curiosity to delve deep into the customer needs, to learn about company's technology and the market we're in.
