Our Talking Therapies Long Term Conditions team is seeking a dedicated and experienced Business and Administration Processes Manager.If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for enhancing business and administrative processes in a healthcare setting, we would love to hear from you.
Join our dedicated team and contribute to the impactful work of improving access to psychological therapies for those with long-term conditions.
The post holder will work closely with the Clinical Services Manager, Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead and Deputy Clinical Lead (Senior Managers), as well as being the main source of support for the Team.
They will need to communicate on a regular basis with the clinical and administrative staff of West Sussex Talking Therapies Long Term Conditions as well as being required to liaise with staff and managers from other Talking Therapy teams, the Data Analyst, colleagues within Sussex Community NHS Trust including Human Resources, Recruitment, Purchasing and Finance.
These discussions will include matters relating to service delivery, in particular activity data, HR/recruitment issues, financial issues as well as strategic planning for the service.

Experience of working on own initiative with evidence of having completed complex projects.Experience in management of recruitment and local HR issues.
An ability to discuss sensitive issues with tact and discretion, and explain administration and operational procedures in a clear and concise way.

Advanced keyboard and IT skills and a high level of accuracy in data analysis and the manipulation of data.
Knowledge of Trust and service governance policies, including recruitment, Health and Safety management and business continuity.Knowledge and understanding of CQC requirements and ability to proactively manage this at service level.
There will be a requirement to travel to other Trust sites to attend meetings.
