- Identify and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies for asset care into existing systems and processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through innovation, knowledge sharing, and process optimization within the asset care team.

The Role
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and implementation of asset care strategies across Imperial Brands factories. This position focuses on optimizing asset performance, reliability, and longevity through innovative maintenance practices and technologies. You will lead the deployment of global strategies for autonomous and preventive maintenance, ensuring the delivery of improvement programs across the operations network. Additionally, you will support the implementation of asset care optimization projects to enhance machine availability and cost efficiency.
