Experience
Events Administrator: Royal College of Psychiatrists (May 2021 – June 2023)
Worked directly with event manager, in a team of two, to drive virtual, in-person and hybrid conferences, courses and seminars from initial conception to execution.

- Creatively used content management system to increase website traffic, designed and implemented social media marketing campaigns, leading to increased attendance including increase of 26% for Liaison Conference 2022.

- Established positive and productive relationships with suppliers, effectively coordinating resources and securing repeat business.
- After rigorous testing and evaluation of multiple new event platforms, proudly delivered College’s first ever hybrid event, completing over 12 hours of training courses and another 15 hours trial-and-error testing. Produced company-wide guidance document and provided training to team and other departments.
Demonstrated adaptability in response to technology failures, efficiently resolving issues to minimize disruption during events and maintain a positive attendee experience. Implemented contingency plans for future events and successfully campaigned for improved facilities.
