- Effectively perform a range of maintenance activities within trade boundaries and authorizations, following current procedures outlined in approved source information.
- Contribute to achieving team targets and goals.
- Adhere to Tool Control procedures.
- Participate in and contribute to team meetings.
- Conduct reviews to enhance quality and continuous improvement.
- Support a culture of ongoing improvement to boost productivity, quality, and lean methodologies.
- Undergo training and provide training to other team members for maximum flexibility.
- Execute work with the highest level of expertise.
- Be willing to take on additional duties within the team to support overall output.
- Promote Behavioral Competencies within the team.
- Ensure adherence to all procedures related to foreign object debris control.
- Mentor and train apprentices when needed.
- Full compliance with and understanding of the Quality Management System.
- Active involvement in continuous improvement activities.
- Recognized indentured apprenticeship or military equivalent.
- Knowledge of Human Factors.
- Experience working with Drawings and approved source information.
- Understanding of Military MRP 145 and associated Regulatory requirements.
- Relevant engineering qualification in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering.
- Prior experience in independent inspections.
- Cat B or Certifier authorizations.
- Previous aircraft-related experience.
- Background in a Base maintenance environment would be advantageous.
