    About the Job:

    We are looking for a dynamic and creative Psychologist passionate about community psychology to contribute to Project 10/10 and the YPS initiative. Project 10/10 focuses on supporting young individuals impacted by community-based violence in Camden, while the YPS aims to enhance accessibility to mental health support for young adults.

    Core Team & YPS:

    The YPS caters to young adults with complex needs, offering an alternative approach beyond the Core Teams and CANDI Specialist Mental Health Services. The role involves direct engagement with young adults through clinic sessions, community outreach, and collaborating with various stakeholders to provide comprehensive support.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with Project 10/10 and YPS to develop strategies empowering young people in community safety discussions.
    • Manage day-to-day operations of the drop-in space, ensuring clinical governance and safeguarding procedures are upheld.
    • Work with partners to enhance the effectiveness of Project 10/10 in supporting youth.
    • Provide training and consultation to relevant agencies in Camden to improve service accessibility for young people.
    • Support in the transition of service users from secondary care to primary care.
