    Customer Data & Insight Analyst Job Title : Customer Data & Insight AnalystLocation : London Salary : Circa £36, dependant on Skills and exeperinceClose Date : 26-May- Employment Type : PermanentFull or Part time : Full Time Are you a data professional with an interest in customer behaviour? Do you want to be the person who translates our customer data into meaningful understanding that we can use to improve our customer proposition and grow our business? We have an exciting opportunity to join our Revenue Management team as Customer Data and Insight Analyst in London.Purpose of Role: As our Customer Data Analyst, your main responsibility will be to utilize our vast customer data to drive strategic decisions and recommendations for our marketing initiatives and campaigns. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities for improving our customer proposition and driving overall growth for the company.
    In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customer data sources, including our digital retailing platform. Your ability to gather and structure this data effectively will be essential for providing accurate and actionable insights. Your knowledge and analysis of this data will make you the go-to person for all things related to customer data within our organization. Key accountabilities for this role include:
  • You will be the primary user of these data sources within the business, gaining a sound understanding of the data itself as well as the stories within it. You will carry out and maintain customer profile and segmentation analysis bringing in a range of relevant external data sources to supplement our own data.
  • You¿ll deliver this to the business using your strong stakeholder management skills, and you won¿t be afraid to challenge the way things are done or the analysis undertaken for us by third parties.
  • You will work alongside the team commissioning and analysing internal market research and will provide guidance to them to provide robustness to their conclusions.
    • Please review the role profile for more detail To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate: You will need a solid understanding of GDPR requirements (training can be provided) and you will be particularly competent in SQL (we use Microsoft SQL server) and analysis tools such as Power BI. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics would be an advantage, as would an understanding of CRM. Benefits include:
