    As the Commercial IT & Data Product Manager in the UK and Ireland, you and your team will play a crucial role in advancing the IT & Data mission and UKI ambitions by driving business growth through technology and data.

    Role Focus

    This position entails overseeing and executing digital consumer-facing products and internal digital transformation initiatives, encompassing all cross-functional considerations and interdependencies.
    - Collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers
    - Supporting the integration of global products in the UK and Ireland (UKI)
    - Advocating Agile methodologies within the Commercial IT sphere to promote a product-oriented approach
    - Achieving project and implementation KPIs in alignment with local stakeholders, global functions, and strategic vendors
    - Ensuring the quality of IT Products & Services provided by local and global teams

    Compensation Range: The salary for this role falls within £55,000 - £65,000

    Candidate Requirements


    - Demonstrated IT delivery experience with a preference for exposure in the FMCG/Retail sector
    - Proven success in managing senior stakeholders, including directors
    - Leadership experience with Agile/Product teams
    - Competence in Data integration and management
    - Proficient in Marketing KPIs and enhancing consumer experiences
    - Strong process orientation and exceptional communication abilities
