An overview of the role

You will be joining our rapidly growing Data & AI Strategy team within Capgemini Invent, where we are at the forefront of designing and building winning strategies to transform the way in which organisations across all industries and sectors leverage data. The work

No matter the project or customer, your work will have a meaningful impact on society, businesses and lives. It's really rewarding. And it's also really varied. You'll potentially work on a huge variety of projects (some larger than others), so you could gain lots of experience in a short amount of time.

Why this role?

As an SME in Data Management, your role encompasses spearheading the development and implementation of robust data governance, ethics, Data Quality, Data modelling, Data Architecture, Data Quality, standards implementation, and Master Data Management (MDM) strategies within organisations. You will provide strategic guidance to ensure that data is managed ethically, securely, and in compliance with regulations, fostering a culture of responsible data usage and decision-making. Leading efforts in establishing and maintaining MDM practices, you will ensure a single, accurate, and consistent view of critical data entities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll define data quality standards and metrics, monitor data quality, and enhance transparency and accountability in data management practices.
