    Service Manager - Learning Disabilities / Mental Health
    Regional role - Dudley - Part remote
    up to £35,000 + mileage
    Full Time

    We are currently recruiting for a Service Manager for one of the UK's leading learning disabilities and mental health care at home providers, working partly remote managing 1 package in the Dudley area.

    Travel will be expected to this location on a weekly basis.
    Joining this large community care provider, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of packages within the community.

    Purpose of the role:

    • Coordinate the set-up of a new client package, including undertaking the initial assessment meeting with the client to determine their needs. (Upon either on discharge from hospital or transfer from another provider).
    • Recruitment of suitable support workers to manage the care of the client, ensuring candidates are recruited in line with CQC Standards.
    • Prepare monthly rotas in a timely manner for the care assistants and support workers, and ensure all clients receive service as designated in their care plan.
    • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key members across the business, including the OM, clinicians, other CCM's within the service and direct reports.

    Skills/Requirements

    • Experience with LD / MH care clients
    • Knowledge of CQC guidelines
    • Level 3/4 NVQ desirable
