Exhibition Stand Project Manager - Design & Build - London

Central London (2 days office, 3 days WFH per week)

DNA Recruit are searching for an experienced Exhibition Stand Project Manager to join our client's innovative and energetic team.

Your Role as

Project Manager:

As a Project Manager, you'll take on the responsibility of overseeing individual client projects, showcasing your creativity and organizational prowess.

This role offers flexibility, allowing you to split your time between their vibrant Central London office and your remote workspace.

You'll also be a key part of on-site projects and there will be travel opportunities, both in the UK and abroad.

Don't worry about occasional weekend work – they've got that covered with days off in lieu. Exhibition stand Project Management experience is a must, especially within an agency or design and build company.

With their own in-house build division and trusted partners, their projects span the globe
You'll need to be a seasoned Project Manager with impeccable organizational skills. An innovative thinker and proven Project Management champion. You'll be design-savvy with an appreciation for 3D and 2D design concepts. Adept at building relationships and excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient in IT tools (Trello, Word & Excel). Strong written English and numerical aptitude. Collaborating with the Director of Projects to help create, manage & adapt processes & systems within the project department.
# Running some of our most precious and exciting client accounts.
# Collaborating with the design and sales team at brief stage to assess projects before the design stage.
# Collating contractor costs and preparing budget for the sales pitch.
# Post sale delivery, dealing with contractors, ordering services, client liaison etc.
# Domestic and international travel to site for handover at event.
# Provide support/cover to other members of the projects team where required.
# Building relationships with new and existing suppliers.
# Assisting with project costing and discrepancy controls.
