    Job Title: Passionate Primary Teacher Opportunity

    Employment Type: Temporary or Permanent

    Location: Exciting West London Primary School in Ealing

    An outstanding primary school located in the charming Ealing area of West London is on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Primary Teacher to join their Y2 and/or Y3 Class starting in September.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute engaging lesson plans tailored to primary students' needs.
    • Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and personal development.
    • Implement diverse teaching strategies to encourage active learning and critical thinking.
    • Assess and track student progress while offering constructive feedback and assistance.
    • Collaborate with peers to enhance the school's curriculum.
    • Effectively communicate with parents, delivering regular updates on student performance and addressing concerns.

    Requirements:

    • Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
    • Demonstrate proven experience in teaching primary students.
    • Possess a solid understanding of the national curriculum and educational best practices.
    • Have a genuine passion for instilling a love for learning using a child-centered approach to education.
    • Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
