    Job Description

    The Opportunity
    As a Floor Manager / Department Manager, your role involves providing personalized service to customers by leveraging your in-depth product and brand knowledge to inspire and exceed their expectations. You should have a genuine love for fashion and be committed to delivering top-tier client experiences. Your responsibilities include coaching, maintaining brand standards, completing operational tasks, and potentially earning commissions and retail incentives.

    The Responsibility

    • Deliver a luxurious shopping experience by showcasing excellent product expertise
    • Achieve individual and team targets, taking ownership of sales results and KPIs
    • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
    • Engage with clients to foster loyalty and promote new products
    • Organize in-store events and maintain visual merchandising standards
    • Support stock management and uphold company policies
    • Lead and coach Beauty Ambassadors, cultivating strong brand relationships
    • Participate in store activities and uphold company values
    Qualifications

    • Prior experience in luxury or premium retail management
    • Deep understanding and enthusiasm for luxury retail and brand partnerships
    • Experience in managing a team
    • Track record of career progression and meeting deadlines
