    Description

    Job Description

    • Maintain effective administration for the day-to-day operation of the apprentice training programmes and training centre
    • Support training centre reception duties and delegate satisfaction by offering guidance
    • Encourage a supportive learning environment within the training centre, fostering positive behaviors from all attendees and staff members
    • Liaising with Servace and clients regarding the bookings of learner webinars, learner and staff accommodations, and related requirements
    • Assist in planning and organizing ad-hoc events and team meetings
    • Assist in planning and organizing the training center's schedule utilizing ScheduleIT
    • Data and administration input for learner starts, reviews, health & safety reports, functional skills, learner support funding, achievers, early leavers, and certification into the LMS
    • Assist with any data or system-related tasks essential for maintaining Government-funded contracts
    • Provide learner support when needed and ensure all actions align with learner safeguarding
    • Assist with client/program requests and provide accurate advice on Levy and Non-Levy Contracts
    • Ensure compliance by adhering to processes and maintaining accuracy in all tasks and data entry
    • Generate reports as necessary
    • Support with day-to-day requests from the operational team and other Bosch leaders

    Qualifications

    • A solid educational background with proficiency in English, Mathematics, and ICT
    • Highly proficient in computer usage with a good command of MS applications and data tools
    • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Demonstrates strong organizational abilities
    • Exercises sound judgment and informed decision-making in carrying out responsibilities
    • Maintains a customer-oriented, service-driven approach and represents the company positively
    • Takes responsibility for addressing customer inquiries, fostering partnerships, and collaborating with all members of the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket (MA) team
    • Understands the business goals and operational targets, contributing towards the success of Bosch MA within the UK
    • Engages in enhancing business processes by offering ideas and suggestions
