    Description

    Job Description We have a number of opportunities across our teams for experienced social market research candidates who offer current experience in the UK Social Research sector.

    You must have experience that is relevant to our positions and be able to demonstrate skills that align with the social research sector and our clients.


    We're an award-winning social and market research agency, which sits at the summit of UK public policy and social research, conducting many of the largest and highest profile studies in the sector.

    Because no two projects are the same, our experienced team provide tailor-made research solutions, adapting our approach to issues and audiences.

    Meaning the research we deliver is tailored to each client's specific needs.


    As a full-service agency, we offer a full suite of research and evaluation services, including data collection, data analysis and reporting, covering quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

    Financial Services; Housing; We have opportunities for Research Managers and Senior Research Managers to join our research teams. Education focused projects
    Community focused projects that cover housing, work, welfare and wellbeing.
    Energy and environment, regulation and business focused projects.


    You'll be able to build your career at IFF, we use internal skill and knowledge to develop and deliver our MRS accredited training as well as external training opportunities to ensure you can grow you career the way you want to.

    You will also be able to work with the T&D Director to help design and eventually deliver training to the wider research team.


    You'll be given the opportunity to work on a number of projects within your team, which will provide you route to build managerial, financial, project and client skills.

    And work on a variety of projects to ensure you are exposed to different clients and deliverables.


    Working alongside our Directors you'll attend new business pitches and work with the senior team to develop and build on success within your sectors as well as developing your career and expertise.

    These are roles for people who enjoys the pace of agency research and are keen to apply their skills and develop their knowledge on a range of projects with a variety of colleagues.


    We want people to join us and develop their skills here, apply their expertise and join a team who can help them grow their career while supporting the growth of IFF.


    As above, you may have worked in either quant or qual but are keen for more of a balance in your research strategy skills.


    Experience delivering surveys would be ideal and you may have some evaluation experience but certainly will have a base knowledge and want to develop that understanding as we grow our expertise in this area.


    You should have some experience of managing others and be able to manage several projects concurrently, work under pressure and react positively as requirements change.
