Reed HR are recruiting for a HR Analyst to join our lovely client on a 12 month FTC.


Location:
Based at the Leatherhead office with hybrid working


Work Pattern:
Full time position but would consider flexible working


Role:


The HR Analyst works alongside the Senior HR Analyst and HR Operations Lead to support our clients people and customers through the integrity of people data.

The role works closely with the HR team, Finance, Business Assurance, Legal and Business Systems.


The HR Analyst role supports maintaining people data in the HRIS (Talent), running regular and bespoke HR reports, supporting with HR projects as required and providing data for third party services.


Responsibilities:


  • Support System Administrator duties in the HRIS. In particular, ensuring employees can access the system as required
  • Support the Senior HR Analyst with regular weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting
  • Support ad hoc data reporting requests from the wider HR department as well as other Enabling Functions departments
  • Support testing in the HRIS sandbox environment for new functionality and large data updates
  • Support benefit enrolment and renewal activities e.g. ensuring new joiners are enrolled onto our various benefit portals
  • Support the Senior HR Analyst with all reward process
  • Annual and By-Exception Salary Review Processes, bonus calculations and salary band adjustments
  • Support with large data imports to the HRIS e.g. annual salary review data and learning records
  • Support with annual HRIS processes e.g. holiday accruals including calculations for parttime employees
  • Provide technical HRIS support to the HR Operations team, including assisting with HRIS training sessions and training material for the wider HR department and the Company as a whole
  • Keep up to date with new system functionality and technology that can help improve any HR processes
  • Complete regular quality checking of the HRIS data and work with the HR Operations team to correct errors
  • Support the transition to Workday, in particular the migration of data and completion of data templates

Requirements:


The successful applicant will meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Knowledge of the D365 Business Applications (including D365 HR) and Workday HRIS
  • Knowledge of HRIS implementation and integration
  • Keen problem solver with an eye for detail
  • Advanced excel knowledge including VLOOKUP's and pivot tables
  • Knowledge of HR Operations processes
