    Manager, Strategic Internal Partnerships - England, United Kingdom - Gartner

    Description

    This role will be responsible for supporting the Global Conferences partnership with key partners from internal business units, including Research Sales, Global Services and Delivery, Global Product Management, and others, for regional portfolio(s) of conferences. You will inform, engage and equip internal partners, including front lines associates and their leaders, with conferences information to support their commercial activities in driving research growth and retention. You will also support the Conference delivery teams in prioritization and execution of initiatives led by internal partners, including requests for Adhoc and priority activities.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across Research Sales and Services, including executives and decision-makers, to drive and grow Conferences internal partnerships.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Logistics, COEs and Program Management, to align partnership initiatives with Conferences objectives.
    • Support regional execution of internal partnerships while driving globally aligned program strategies, partner with Strategic Partnerships Operations team on any and all global change management or process improvement initiatives.
    • Support Conferences organization in all efforts to drive client and prospect attendance through internal partner channels by actively monitoring registration pacing and driving proactive success metrics for internal channels.
    • Identify and pilot the most effective communication forms for internal conference campaigns and information sharing.
    • Execute processes and planning to support timely and relevant sharing of key and critical information with internal partners, including sales and service associates, as they are often the first point of contact for client/prospect questions regarding conference
    • Create clear and direct understanding of conference timelines, goals and key details in order to drive best practices leading to attendance (building agendas, booking 1:1s, etc.)
    • Review and edit sales/services owned playbooks and other conference-aligned resources to ensure correct information/timelines/calls to action and ensure all conference-wide details are represented.
    • Key stakeholders include all teams in Global Conferences, GTS/GBS Sales & Sales Operations and Leadership, Global Services and Delivery leadership and operations, Corporate Communications and Corporate Marketing.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 5-7 years business experience
    • Strong executive presence
    • Strategic leader, with excellent implementation results
    • High sense of urgency, ability to work at a fast pace
    • Proficiency in executing cross-functional initiatives
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
    • Ability to build and leverage relationships
    • Strong project management skills, including deadline management
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, collaborate and motivate
    • Exceptional problem-solving capability
    • Client focused
    • Fully competent in Microsoft office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • Passionate, energetic and enthusiastic
    • Solution oriented strategic thinker - self-motivated and collaborative
    • Curious and inquisitive
    • Event Planning experience not needed
    • Willingness to travel about 20% of the time regionally and internationally
