    Description
    Our Keynsham branch are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team

    The role involves helping people by having lots of different conversations with our diverse range of customers, supporting them through our range of products and resolving any queries they may have.

    Building relationships with them and understanding what services suit their needs will be important.

    It's also important to keep up to date with our policies and procedures so that knowledge can be shared with others.

    Supporting all our customers in different ways by taking telephone calls when required and dealing with administration enquiries are also parts of the role.

    Ability to buy and sell holiday allowance

    Service recognition
    For this role you'll already be in a customer service focused role with good experience of helping others.

    You'll be positive, flexible and be a good team player with the ability to support and guide your team.
