    Financial Adviser (Self Employed Opportunity), London (BW-1893)

    An opportunity for a driven and entrepreneurial individual to join a leading Wealth Manager Company in the UK, with over £150 billion funds under management.

    This firm is offering an opportunity to become a Financial Adviser based from its London office.
    prospects are comprised of high-net worth individuals and city professionals, aged 35-65 years.

    A three month training course when you start, designed to teach you the basics of financial planning and wealth management.

    The company will then help you grow and develop your business over the next 6-10 years.
    They are a progressive financial advice firm that provides lifelong wealth management strategies to their clients.

    They offer a full range of services across investments, retirement, protection, banking and mortgages that are focused on helping their clients achieve their life goals whilst also trying to make a positive impact on the world around us.

    They believe that good investment performance and sustainable investments are not mutually exclusive. It's about being better, taking incremental steps towards it, and helping those around us to do the same.

    Whether it's sustainable investing, educating our children about finances, learning about responsible capitalism or sharing knowledge and resources, the ultimate goal is to play a part in helping to make the world a better place.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong motivation to build and develop their client bank.
    Individuals from an employed or non-financial services industry background will be transitioned into successful wealth management business owners.

    This is achieved through coaching from some of the most experienced and respected individuals within the wealth management industry as well as continual training and development programme which will help with sustainable client acquisition.

    A compensation scheme which equates to 70% of new business revenue, with no upper cap.
    Grant of £30,000 to help set-up business, alongside start-up technology
    Back office support & marketing team
    City based office.
    Option of financial support for subsistence and marketing costs.
    Roles include Financial Advisers/Wealth Managers, Paraplanners, IFA Administration and Compliance professionals.
