Description
Due to continued expansion and internal promotion, there are several opportunities for Senior Commercial Property Claims Handlers.Reporting to the Property Claims Team Leader, you will manage a portfolio of circa 250 files, from inception through to final conclusion.
You will assist direct customers as well as brokers, to help navigate them through the claims process, whilst providing a first class level of customer service.
You will be joining an established team, where you can benefit from the experience of others and also help to mentor and develop those less experienced than yourself.
In addition, you will have a personalised career development plan, and you will be supported to reach your career ambitions.
You must be experienced in dealing with commercial property losses within an insurer environment.You will work just a 35 hour week, with hybrid working options post completion of induction and in-house training.
For those who have demonstrable experience in this field, there is the option for you to be a remote worker if you're not close to a regional office.
You will also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, to include annual performance related bonus, 25 days holiday with the option to buy/sell additional days, pension and life assurance.
