    Role Overview

    Senior Site Manager at Vistry South East Midlands

    Department:

    Northamptonshire

    We are looking for Senior Site Managers to join our team within Vistry South East Midlands, covering sites around Northamptonshire. As a Senior Site Manager, your main responsibility will be to organize resources and manage designated development projects to ensure progressive completion to high standards, within the budget.

    We currently have opportunities for Senior Site Managers to support sites including:
    - Rushden: 133 units, affordable housing for an existing client
    - Collingtree: 60 units, affordable housing on Vistry consortium land
    - Wellingborough: 146 units, affordable housing for a client, mainly timber frame construction.

    Key responsibilities:
    - Direct labor, resources, and equipment for timely project completion
    - Monitor material orders and subcontract services
    - Manage site teams' performance
    - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    - Train and develop subordinates
    - Achieve NHBC standards and customer satisfaction
