    Salary Range : £38,092 to £42,389 pro rata, per annum
    Work Location : Fareham, Hybrid working (home and office based)
    Hours per week :37
    Contract type :Permanent

    The Role:

    Joining our Contact, Assessment and Resolution Team (CART) as a qualified Occupational Therapist with current HCPC registration, you'll be part of our supportive and friendly contact centre team, managing incoming enquiries by telephone, online forms, and webchat. Using a person-centred approach and your knowledge of strengths-based practice, you'll complete telephone OT assessments, finding innovative ways to meet people's needs and maximise their independence and wellbeing.

    In this diverse and varied role, you'll be the go-to person for OT related queries, providing training, supervision and advice to the wider team, as well as supporting with other tasks such as completing carer's assessments where needed, providing social care advice, and using your safeguarding knowledge to work closely with the Adults Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).
