- Develop and implement a data-driven performance marketing strategy to achieve yhangry's growth objectives
- Own and manage paid search (Google Ads) campaigns, optimising for cost per lead and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Develop and manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, potentially TikTok Ads) , including both campaign management and creative production / conceptualisation
- Explore and establish new performance marketing channels , such as affiliate marketing, SEO, and strategic partnerships
- Establish and provide regular performance reporting and insights to stakeholders, translating data into actionable recommendations
- Implement and manage an always-on A/B testing program to drive better conversion and better ROAS
- Proven of experience in digital/growth marketing, with a specific focus on paid search and paid social. A track record of driving substantial growth in these channels
- Highly creative: experienced in continuously conceptualising and testing new creatives & assets to grow Meta ads
- Proficient in campaign management: ability to set up, manage, and execute campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong data skills: ability to analyse data and create effective dashboards from Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, and make data-driven recommendations for improving performance
- Budget management experience: experience in managing budgets and allocating spend effectively across channels.
- Proactive and self-motivated: a proactive self-starter who is keen to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: experience in setting up proper tracking, including understanding and guiding the development team to implement conversion APIs, advanced matching, and additional event tracking

We have been featured with great success on BBC's Dragons Den, and are backed by Y Combinator - one of the most prestigious start-up accelerator programs that served as the launchpad for many prominent unicorns such as Airbnb, Stripe and Dropbox.
Our team is full of people who are ambitious, hungry to make a difference, full of ideas, and great at execution; and we are now looking for a performance marketing lead to be our first major marketing hire. Reporting directly to one of the founders, you will take ownership of our key acquisition channels from day one and constantly look to test, launch and optimise these to reach more customers across a range of channels and to build our brand presence and drive growth.
