    Business Analyst - Pensions (6 Month Contract) £Exc Business Analyst - Pensions (6 Month Contract) £Exc
    This purpose driven responsible investor, is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join their team.

    Reporting to the COO, this role will support the COO and Change Manager to implement a change management framework, business analysis and project management disciplines to support the organisations efficiency and growth strategy.

    Implement Business Analysis disciplines.
    Support the Change Manager to implement a formal project management methodology.
    Business analysis documentation and templates owner (ensuring up to date and version controlled).
    Working across the organisation to support project business case development.

    Undertaking any other duties as directed by Change Manager or Interim COO to support the growth of the organisation.

    Excellent numerical, analytical and report writing skills.
    Proven five years Business Analyst experience ideally in a Defined Benefit pensions, investments or financial services environment.
    Business Analysis qualification.
    Good knowledge of DB pensions, Investment or financial services environment.
    Experience of business case definition and documentation process.
    Experience of working on scheme and investment transition projects.
    Experience of working on data insights and analytics projects.
