    Anexciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Corporate Business Administratorwithin the Corporate Governance and Emergency Preparedness, Resilience andResponse (EPRR) administration services.

    This post willprovide the administration support coordination function to both the CorporateGovernance and EPRR teams within the Trust.

    You will be working alongside theCorporate Business Administration Coordinators to the Trusts ExecutiveDirectors, as well as acting as a designated Loggist within the EPRR team inthe Incident Control Centre (ICC) when required.

    including, forward planning andagenda creation, distribution of papers, taking formal Board level style minutes,including minutes live on screen and preparing and reviewing associated actionlogs, reports and data.

    The post-holder will be responsible for providing effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to both the Corporate Governance and Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) teams.

    Acting as the designated Loggist within the EPRR Incident Command Centre for all command centre or digital command responses, and maintaining the Incident Action Log.

    This will include live typing/editing of documents on screen as dictated by the Chair and others.
    Building complex rotas involving multiple staff and factors as part of command and control structures.
    Training and inducting others on Loggist tasks and ICC procedures, as required, from time to time.

    Meeting administration:
    taking and distributing formal minutes; Event coordination and planning as required
    GCSE English or equivalent
    Evidence of continuing professional and personal development
    Shorthand or Speedwriting/typing - this does not have to be a formally recognised system of shorthand, but can be personally developed through experience
