We are now recruiting for 10 Customer Claims Handlers to our 11th September 2023 induction based in our Salford Quays, Manchester office.
Our most valuable asset? Generous salary starting from £22,000 up to £28,000, depending on experience. Full 6 weeks training at our officeMonday to Friday, no weekends Hours are done on a rota provided 4 weeks in advance: 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm and 10am to 6pm.
Hybrid working: 3 days at home and 2 days in the office, after passing probation100 off your car insurance
25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays and an extra 'You' day off for important occasions or just a day for you
You'll be the first point of call via telephone for a customer who has been involved in a motor accident
You'll record, process and settle First Notification of Loss (FNOL) motor claims, in line with our principles and procedures and maintain files within our service standards
You'll process cheques on claims files as required and in accordance with your authorities
You'll identify and champion potential fraudulent claims and action in line with guidelines
You'll follow and consider all regulatory requirements at all times, including TCF, DPA, AML and Anti Bribery principles, and ensure all direct reports are compliant
You'll be compliant with health and safety policies at all times
Knowledge from a Motor Claims environment (desirable)
Understanding of motor insurance processes and the end-to-end customer claims process
Complaint resolution is essential
Desire to learn and develop through continuous training
