- You will be responsible for coordinating all placement support activities and delivering proactive, valued support within our client teams. Broker Support prompts and monitors key activities and tasks throughout the reinsurance placement in order to promote efficient and timely compliance with our best practice processes.
- You will be actively engaged with both internal and external stakeholders, to deliver excellent and efficient service to our clients.
- All work is with clients based in India, and You will be supporting brokers in the UK and liaising with our overseas offices.
- We offer and embrace a hybrid working model that nurtures a collaborative working environment in the office 3 days per week allowing 2 days per week to be spent working on a remote basis.

- Assist with reviews of client renewal information.
- The drafting of MRC slips and endorsements.
- Initiate the contract drafting process, updates, and production of EOC's.
- Assist brokers and prepare submissions, where required.
- Track placement status of assigned accounts and update information, as necessary.
- Maintain core electronic placement files to ensure we evidence all best practice procedures and compliance requirements.
- Respond to client requests for information (reinsurer, financial reports, industry issues, etc.)
- On boarding of new clients and markets.
- Access front-end broking systems.
- Build a strong relationship with our Service Team and an understanding of accounting, claims and proportional treaty administration.
- Actively participate in team, client, and reinsurer meetings.
- Comparable experience working in a broker support role with Treaty experience is essential.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- A keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships.
- Experience of the London Reinsurance Market along with MRC contracts is essential.
- Knowledge of the global processing system.
- Knowledge of sanction requirements.
