This position is an excellent opportunity for someone to begin their career within HR or Talent Acquisition and to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing administration of the full recruitment process.
- Posting job adverts on job boards and careers page
- Booking interviews into diaries ensuring meeting room availability or virtual interview details are sent.
- Keeping the recruitment tracker up to date
- Support HR administrator with Offer letters and contracts
- Collect feedback from hiring managers in a timely manner
- Manage the careers inbox and respond to all enquiries
- Support HR Administrator with onboarding new employees
- Support with the arrangement of and attend careers fairs
- Support the HR department with all HR administration when required
- Experience working in an office environment is desirable
- An interest within recruitment and HR
- Computer literate and ability to use Microsoft Office and HRIS
