    Sales and Marketing Director

    SaaS

    Location: Liverpool

    £70,000 + comm

    About the Role:

    As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will lead efforts to expand and grow into new sectors. . This strategic role demands a visionary leader to blend sophisticated sales tactics with robust marketing strategies, aiming to elevate market presence and achieve significant growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive overall sales targets, performance analysis, and optimise strategies to exceed goals.
    • Build and nurture lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    • Lead the marketing team in developing and implementing strategies to boost brand visibility and market penetration.
    • Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering high performance and growth.
    • Work with product development, customer success, and other teams to align strategies with business objectives.

    What you need to have to apply

    • Extensive experience in the SaaS industry with a successful track record in scaling sales operations and entering new markets. 5+ years in a similar role.
    • Exceptional leadership and strong communication skills for effective negotiation and customer interactions.
    • Strong capability in strategic planning and data analysis.
    • Ability to adapt to changing markets and innovate sales and marketing tactics.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; a Master's degree preferred.

    Working Arrangements

    Flexible and remote working options. The successful candidate will be required to work from the office two days a week, with the rest of the week working from home.
