    Job Title: Gastroenterology Nurse (Band 7)

    This 24-month fixed term/secondment opportunity is perfect for a skilled Nurse ready to enhance their expertise in managing neuroendocrine cancer patients. Collaborating with a diverse team, you'll have a pivotal role in delivering top-notch patient-centered care, which includes organizing and participating in MDT meetings and outpatient clinics.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Possess previous clinical experience in cancer patient care after registration
    • Excellent literacy, communication, organizational, and leadership skills required
    • Flexible work environment readiness is essential
    • ENB 998 and basic IT skills necessary

    As a key part of the Gastroenterology Nursing Team, you will receive support to understand the psycho-social needs of cancer-affected individuals. Your role will focus on strategic patient care, ensuring proactive interventions to prevent crises, and developing skills for autonomous and cross-boundary professional work in primary and secondary care settings.
