    The Dynamics Consultancy Manager will be in charge of overseeing theoperational aspects of MHR's finance consulting practice, tasked withefficiently and effectively managing business planning and execution.

    This involves aligning the practice with agreed-upon business plantargets, quality metrics, and customer experience standards. Assumingresponsibility for the implementation process of Finance Software delivery,ensuring adherence to customer contracts and statements of work.

    The goal is to provide an outstanding customer experience, encouragingcustomer endorsements and satisfaction to the extent that they willinglyact as reference sites for MHR.

    Taking ownership of year-on-year efficiencysavings and revenue growth by fostering skills and service developmentwithin the practice.

    Reporting directly to the Professional Services Director, thekey responsibilities include:

    Responsible for capacity planning activities Identify and drive consultancy improvement initiatives Conduct effective deployment of staff to utilisation targets Effective staff development to ensure effect utilisation.

    Effective recruitment and development pipelines to respond to changingmarket conditions.

    Management of compliance and risk Service development and operationalisation of new services Cost control and year-on-year efficiency improvement Manage, coach and develop a high performing, fully utilised teams Develop effective forecast models based on departmental/ industrytrends and demand patterns Lead on risk assessments and mitigation activities to protect revenuePropose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracyAnalyse, review, forecast, and trend complex data into the businessplanning process Continually identify and drive additional commercial opportunitiesDrive the delivery of the Professional Services Strategy Champion internal change initiatives ensuring changes are successfullyadopted.
