How you'll change it up
As an experienced Customer Project Manager will initially be responsible for the end-to-end project delivery to onboard and integrate CityFibre's residential products and services with our clients. You will be client facing and you will own the project plan and deliverables required to execute this project successfully.
Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:
You will be accountable for the end-to-end planning and delivery including customer onboarding, API and systems integration, network deployment, service transition and in-delivery performance management.
You will owner of the overall customer delivery plan, both for ongoing RFS production in existing cities and on-boarding customers into new cities. You will capture client product and service requirements managing through to delivery, evolving our customer reporting both internally and externally.
