    Job Type: Permanent

    Location: This role is based in the Telford office with some hybrid working

    The role

    You will support the internal stakeholders and third party suppliers to provide a best in class, delivery focused recruitment service for the Customer Service function. You will take ownership of recruitment requisitions where appropriate, and support stakeholders as necessary. You will also chair and lead meetings, while ensuring governance and controls are maintained across the Customer Service function in relation to Recruitment.

    What are we looking for?

    You will be enthusiastic, passionate and detail orientated with experience of coordinating various stakeholders across the business. You will be highly organized and able to manage multiple on-going projects and pieces of recruitment. A curious mindset with the ability to deliver change, you will be comfortable managing multiple tasks and able to influence and persuade others to deliver for colleagues.

    A basic understanding of recruitment principles is required, with a particular focus on the DE&I agenda, with demonstrable experience of applying judgment within the hiring process to ensure adherence with policies and procedures. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences. Basic excel and data skills will also be required to complete day-to-day tasks.
