    Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

    ~ Our client is only five years old and one of Bristol's fastest growing recruitment start-ups. They specialise in highly lucrative European Tech markets and are looking for ambitious, hard working graduates to join them on their journey of growth. They offer one of Bristol's leading commission structures and unrivalled progression opportunities due to them being a hyper growth start up.

    Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant
    ~ Year 3 £60K Year 3 Onwards 8 Week Graduate Training Academy Uncapped earning potential Work on candidates with basic salaries of £90K meaning high earning potential Fast track to management, very clear structured progression path up to Brand Director Regular basic salary increases for performance Regular business lunches out for hitting targets
    European City Breaks for hitting targets Potential for international travel to visit clients

    ~ This is a sales role that will involve business development & telephone work, speaking directly with clients across the world, working on assignments & headhunting candidates. This is a targeted environment that places performance & client satisfaction at the top of the list, so you will need exceptional communication skills, confidence to put yourself out of your comfort zone, a fine eye for detail & competitive drive to push you to succeed against your peers.

    This more personal approach to recruitment means a real sense of involvement in each project & a real sense of achievement when you secure the right placement.
