    Regional Account Manager Barnstaple

    • Salary: Up to 28K

    We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Manager.

    Purpose of the Role:

    As the primary point of contact for clients and contractors within an assigned territory, you will play a crucial role in managing projects, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering strong relationships.     Responsibilities:

    • Project Management:
      • Oversee projects within your designated territory, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
      • Identify and address potential issues, finding proactive solutions to ensure project success.
    • Customer Service:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors, serving as a trusted advisor.
      • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
      • Strive for customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
    • Enthusiasm:
      • Bring a positive and proactive attitude to the team and client interactions.
      • Demonstrate a genuine passion for the services offered and an eagerness to share that enthusiasm with clients.
    • Accuracy and Deadline Adherence:
      • Ensure all project-related documentation is accurate.
      • Meet or exceed project deadlines consistently, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role. Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
