Our client has a Temporary assignment to support the data entry of information onto their system for their new starters.
Commencing Weds 22nd Feb to Friday 24th Feb, then Monday 27th to Weds 1st March inclusive." Attention to detail essential as will be entering personal data, contractual hours, rate of pay, holiday entitlement data, etc.
" There will be some manual calculations on how they arrive at their 1/12th salary but it is a simple calculation and each one will be checked by our Payroll Lead each day.
" Ideally, Wed to Friday next week and then 3 days again the following week (ideally the Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday as that is last week of the month for payroll), to input new starters and to support with some other payroll administrative functions includinguploading sick notes, employee amendment forms etc, as well as checking off employees that have left a site, but not been coded as leaving the business, so that needs validating - approx 133 employees.
This could lead into a 3rd week of temp assignment.
" Estimate maximum of 6 hours per day
- This is office based but if you have good speed broadband at home, you could spend the first day of each week on training & catch up and then work 2 days each week from home with a company PC & mobile and talk on the phone/zoom each day with their PayrollLead.
