    Job Title: Strategic Performance Advisor

    • Provide strategic direction, industry expertise, and competent advice to the Cost Centre Leads and Business Unit Leads in alignment with industry standards and legislation.
    • Review contractual requirements for Cost Centre operations to ensure compliance with industry legislation.
    • Conduct health checks on Safety services, providing feedback on status and areas for improvement.
    • Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
    • Monitor and review policies and management systems related to Client, Shareholder, T&T & SHEQ Telecoms.
    • Recommend objectives and performance measures to senior leadership to maintain technical knowledge and standards.
    • Collaborate with Business Unit Leads to improve business procedures in line with organizational objectives.
    • Support initiatives to enhance wellbeing and working arrangements.
    • Stay updated on changes in legislation and best practices, disseminating relevant information and suggesting service enhancements.
    • Evaluate training needs to meet contractual requirements for both T&T and clients.
    • Establish systems for measuring, reviewing, and enhancing performance.
    • Lead and report on investigations of health and safety incidents for the team.
    • Report on business unit performance and maintain a dashboard for contractual compliance tracking.
    • Ensure SLA's are met and advise on team size adjustments for profitability.
    • Provide oversight and professional leadership to maintain standards.
    • Participate in bid development and report on business generation ideas.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and invoicing standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
    • Outstanding communication and people skills.
    • Expert knowledge of industry legal rules and guidelines.
    • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
    • Familiarity with MS Office and various business software.
