    Description

    CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER

    This job position offers you the opportunity to join one of the UK's top providers of overseas activity holidays based in BRIGHTON. You'll be spending 3 days a week in the office.

    As a Customer Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

    • Collaborating with the Head of Direct Marketing to enhance the customer lifecycle journey
    • Assisting in executing the yearly marketing strategy
    • Finding new approaches to drive growth and maintain audience engagement through various marketing channels
    • Managing social media accounts, creating content, and analyzing performance metrics

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • Previous experience with CRM platforms like SuiteCRM and Dotdigital or similar
    • Knowledge of content performance metrics and the ability to make data-driven decisions using analytics tools
    • Strong skills in stakeholder management
