    Description

    New Business Administrator

    An incredible opportunity is available for a Part-Time individual to join a dynamic team in Woodbridge within the financial services sector.

    This role focuses on providing top-notch customer support to new clients during onboarding, nurturing relationships, and aiding in the growth of current business.

    You will be part of a fast-paced team handling tasks from the Partner and offering assistance when needed.

    Offering 25-35 hours per week, with flexible and hybrid working options to suit the right candidate.

    Salary range of £23-28,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience, along with company pension and bonus scheme.

    The ideal candidate:

    • Excellent IT and communication skills, highly organized, and decisive
    • Ability to perform under pressure with precision
    • Outstanding communication skills, meticulous organization, and keen attention to detail
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, capable of working independently
    • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, with full support and training provided

    Key responsibilities for the New Business administrator:

    • Provide technical and administrative support while delivering top-notch customer service to Practice clients
    • Act as a point of contact for client and third-party queries
    • Handle business submissions using specialized software
    • Ensure timely processing of acquired business
    • Completion of tasks within set deadlines due to business nature
    • Assist in analysis and recommendation preparation by advisers
    • Support advisers in client meeting preparations

    Additional responsibilities:

    • Drive and enhance the business's client-facing strategy and interactions
    • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to bolster client relationships and attract new clients
    • Manage client events from start to finish, organize presentations, and handle prospect management

    This business is a successful Practice within St. James's Place plc (SJP), a well-established FTSE 250 Wealth Management company distributing a range of Investment and Retirement products to High Net Worth clients.

    SJP manages funds exceeding £180 billion.
