    Description

    We are looking for an experienced and dynamic ADHD Clinical Lead to join our team! In this fully remote role, you'll be a key player in guiding and supervising our clinical team to ensure top-notch care for individuals dealing with ADHD.


    Responsibilities:
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of ADHD, its diagnosis, treatment options, and related challenges.
    • Provide clinical leadership to a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
    • Use extensive clinical experience to improve patient care for those with ADHD.
    • Exhibit strong leadership qualities to effectively oversee and assist clinical staff while fostering a collaborative work environment.
    • Make well-informed decisions to tackle clinical and operational obstacles.
    • Identify areas for enhancement and implement strategies to boost service delivery and patient results.
    • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to align with organizational objectives.

    Requirements:
    • Extensive clinical background in working with ADHD, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
    • Strong leadership skills to motivate the clinical team.
    • Exceptional decision-making abilities in leadership roles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders.
    • Flexible and proactive work approach, adapting to changing priorities.
    • Assertive yet collaborative manner, balancing assertiveness with empathy.
    • Highly organized with a passion for delivering excellent clinical care.
    • View the role as a vocation, showing dedication to improving the lives of those with ADHD.
    • Enhanced DBS clearance dated within the past 12 months.
    • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check if not currently held.
