    Job Title: Personal Assistant - Adult Community Service - Band 4

    Detailed Job Description and Main Responsibilities:

    If you're the successful candidate, you'll provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support for key members of the management team.

    Person Specification:

    Education/Qualifications

    Essential Criteria:

    • National Vocational Qualification – Level 3-4 secretarial or equivalent
    • Knowledge of medical terminology
    • Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics
    • ECDL qualification

    Skills and Abilities

    Essential Criteria:

    • Good communication and computer skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
    • Attention to detail and confidentiality
    • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with different professionals
    • Good time management and ability to work under pressure

    Knowledge and Experience

    Essential Criteria:

    • Previous clerical experience, ideally in a similar field
    • Knowledge of administrative processes and medical software
    • Experience in a healthcare environment
