Throughout both my academic, social, cultural and professional career I have developed the skill of a leader and a good team player to collectively come to an agreement across the group and willing to compromise my personal stance for the success of the team. However, this experience has taught me the value of proper communication and doing my best to make a positive contribution to team efforts.
