Supervisory role, staff management, rota‘s, cash management. 

25 years Policing experience in various differing roles. 
Involving conflict management, law enforcement, managing caseload of vulnerable persons, safeguarding, crime prevention and reduction, crime recording and management. 

2 years of patient transport, ensuring safe transport and welfare of patients, basic first aid and manual handling, lifting and carrying of patients.
