About Kethineni Chaithanya:
- Experience with an in-depth level of understanding in the strategy and practical implementation of student recruitment.
- Identify key target markets and programme development opportunities based on market and business intelligence, trends, and research to ensure recruitment strategies and plans are relevant to the business needs.
- Collect, evaluate, and share data with respect to the performance of individual recruitment initiatives and the overall student recruitment strategy. Collaborate effectively with academic and marketing colleagues to ensure recruitment initiatives and strategy are relevant.

- With support of Student Recruitment Support Officer, manage claims for commission payments ensuring that correct procedure is followed.
- Identify, attend and evaluate a range of student recruitment events including recruitment fairs exhibitions, seminars, school visits, agent organised events, presentations at colleges, etc.
- With assistance from the Student Recruitment team, manage all on-campus recruitment events including one-to-one personal consultations, open days, campus tours, schools and colleges visits etc.
- Oversee development and management of CRM campaigns with student prospects and applicants to closely link the CRM with specific programme recruitment.
- To increase student numbers for all courses into the universities from a diverse range of key markets
- To contribute to the continual and sustainable business development growth
- To work collaboratively with the Marketing Team to ensure a suite of marketing activities per target market to attract students.
- To develop sustainable plans backed up with market research for the recruitment of students. Having experience of providing advice to international students regarding their Student Route visa.
- Having good experience in UKVI compliance.
- Having experience of working with and analysing complex data.
