  • Created and implemented a strategy for gathering Project and Program governance metrics and funnelling them into easy dashboards. Enabled Executive Management to keep a pulse on the Program and Project's health. 
  • Content for the CIO, CDO, and Senior Management was prepared on a monthly basis (SteerCo Packs). Dashboard analytics on Portfolio status, CGF, Data quality, Program stage compliance, missing Timesheets, and other topics. Executive presentations on portfolio status were developed and distributed to the CDO and Senior Management.
