Tobias Huband-Thompson

I am a personable and hardworking first-class graduate of Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies, who is seeking meaningful and rewarding work opportunities. 

I love working with people, whether that be in the teaching roles I have undertaken since university, both in the UK and in France, in volunteer roles I have done in a homeless shelter and in a Latin American magazine, or in fast-paced hospitality roles. However, I also enjoy working on my own when necessary, which is shown by the 10,000-word dissertation I independently wrote and researched, awarded with the highest mark on my course, as well as in the article I wrote in 2021 on London's Latin American music scene, which was republished in The Guardian. 

I am open to different roles that would enable me to widen my skillset and give me experience in sectors that have a focus on improving people's quality of life, such as teaching and charity work.
