Key Responsibilities
As a Duty Manager, your role will be diverse and engaging. You will be responsible for various tasks including managing, recruiting, and training staff, addressing customer concerns, increasing memberships, preparing reports, and attending meetings. You will be the face of Places Leisure, requiring a motivated individual who can lead a team effectively and ensure the smooth daily operations of the center.
You must have a flexible approach to work, being willing to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Desired Qualifications
Given the scope of managing a large team, prior experience in a supervisory/management role in a leisure facility is advantageous. As a Duty Manager, you will also be designated as one of our certified first aiders, making prior first aid experience a valuable asset. We are seeking an individual with outstanding customer service and leadership abilities.
