- Monitor our central inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Supporting all aspects of the Marketing team, including but not limited to:
- Sending and collating marketing materials
- Merchandise, business card and stationary orders for all our business units
- Administrating staff uniform portal
- Uploading and maintaining assets to central database
- Media bookings and sponsorship administration
- Create and curate marketing content for social media and email campaigns
- Quarterly audit of company websites
- Support with events administration (attendance at events may be required on occasion)
- Attend quarterly Marketing team meetings – travel may be required
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills and demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Apprentice to support our marketing department in achieving its goals. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and email marketing, general admin duties and events support. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and has a desire to grow their skills and knowledge.
