    Our Birmingham Cost Management team continues to grow, with specific growth demand within the Commercial, Industrial and Logistics, Residential and Education markets where we have successfully secured positions with many high-profile clients and some key local projects and programs in the industry.

    As a direct result of this growth, we are currently seeking a Senior Project Surveyor to join our Birmingham team.

    Provide effective support, mentoring and line management to Project Surveyors, Graduates and Apprentices.
    Leading projects from a Cost Management perspective from inception to completion.

    Production of cost estimates, cost plans, procurement and tendering advice, through to post-contract delivery of valuations, change control, reporting and final account.

    Taking responsibility for the delivery of projects and managing support teams.
    Develops strong reciprocal relationships with clients and members of the project team.
    Degree Qualified - BSc or MSc - in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
    Proven experience in Cost Management providing a full spectrum of deliverables throughout projects.
    Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on cost, value and risk, not just cost in isolation.

    Excellent IT Skills and the ability to utilise digital measurement, cost planning and tender documentation tools shall be essential.

    Experience of project types/sizes/sectors within our active sectors in the UK - i.e. Commercial, Industrial and Logistics, Residential, Higher Education and Mixed Use.
